Meditation is far from being a new concept. Historically, it can be traced back to 5,000 B.C.E. to Ancient India.

Interest in this sacred art has seen its own share of ups and downs throughout the centuries.

The Other Laws of the Universe

Law of Attraction is not the only Law of the Universe. Here are others:

The first law states that everything is connected.

This law states that everything has a frequency or a vibration.

Law of Correspondence

This law states that there are repeating patterns in the universe that influences our minds, bodies, and behavior.

Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy

This law states that energies are always in constant activity and evolution.

The smallest vibrations can grow and influence the surrounding environment, much like creating a ripple of effect from a tiny spark of inspiration.

Law of Cause and Effect

One of the most popular laws of the universe, it dictates that for every action, there is an effect.

And that effect will come back to affect you in one way or the other.

Law of Compensation

Much like the previous one, the Law of Compensation states that you will always be compensated for the energies you put out there, regardless if it’s good or bad.

Law of Relativity

This law is closely related to the first one, wherein one entity exists (in truth or perception) in relation to another entity.

Law of Polarity

This law states that everything has its opposite counterpart.

Law of Rhythm

According to this law, everything has a cycle.

You can see it in how the seasons change, how the circle of life works, and how entities live and die.

Law of Gender

This law doesn’t have anything to do with the politics of gender, nor does it intend to limit or discriminate.

It only states that there are two main energies in the universe: the masculine and the feminine.

Law of Attraction Meditation

As mentioned, there are different forms of meditation.

Here are just some of the ways to perform a Law of Attraction meditation:

Mantra Meditation

Most beginners find this method of meditation easy.

After all, it provides you with a statement to focus your frequencies on, which you can repeat verbally or mentally.

There are a lot of inspiring mantras that you can incorporate into your meditation routine.

However, we do find personal mantras to be more effective.

It’s fine to write your own or copy words from others as long as they align with the goals that you want to manifest.

Guided Visualization Meditation

Another easy method for beginners is guided visualization.

It is a type of meditation where you will listen to the visualization and action prompts of a meditation guide.

You’ll find interesting audio and video guides online, even those specifically formulated for Law of Attraction meditation.

Law of Attraction Mindfulness Meditation

Lastly, there’s mindfulness meditation.

You practice it by drawing attention to what you are currently doing and offering your actions as an intention towards your goals.

Doing so will align your energies towards the things that you want to manifest.

The best thing about mastering this technique is that it can eventually teach you to apply it to any activity, whether you’re conscious of it or not.
